• Standard shipping is a $10.00 flat fee for orders within the Continental United States.

Returns

• We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only. Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective upon receipt. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Defective products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
• Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) and liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned.
• In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately; replacements for liquid items are available within a few days of expected delivery date and cannot be processed via our Return Ship Wizard.
• For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
